TOTAL BARRE

Total Barre is a complete and intense workout. It brings together the basics of ballet, pilates and fitness and aims to build a supple, strong and toned body.

V SHAPE BARRE

V Shape Barre is the ideal workout for quick remodeling of the abdominal area. The exercises are mainly aimed at the oblique muscles, to obtain an enviable waist, in the shape of a V.

BOOTY BARRE

Booty Barre is a dynamic training, dedicated to the aesthetic contouring of the leg muscles. The buttocks are raised quickly and visibly and the thighs are toned.

MOBILITY BARRE

Mobility Barre is the ideal workout to improve mobility, balance and strengthen the core (back and abdomen). Requires gymnastic stick or broomstick.

TABATA BARRE

Tabata Barre is a cardio, dynamic and intense class. The simplified bar exercises are performed on TABATA musical style with the specific count, being very fun.

Slow Burn Barre is an intensive slow motion training, with emphasize on technique and isometry.

BAR ALTERNATIVES

If you don’t own a bar, no problem! Use an adjustable cloth rail, ironing board or a tall chair. Standard recommended hight from the ground it’s around 100 cm. If you don’t own a yoga mat, any soft carpet will do just fine.

ZOOM QUALITY

Connect your Smart TV with chromcast or mirror screen from your phone. If you don’t own a Smart TV use a HDMI cable from your laptop. Make sure you have a good internet connection and good speakers/ bluetooth headsets.

SETUP

Make sure you have water close nearby to hydrate during the breaks and that you join soon enough to setup properly. Have your microphone on mute during training and pin the instructor on the screen to follow-up easier.

PROGRESS

If you are a begginer follow-up on your own rythm. The instructors are offering variations and adaptations for the workouts. If you are more advanced, use ankle weights to increase your difficulty level and progress continuouslly.

ENJOY

Enjoy more the workouts by training together with your friends and family. If you are pregnant, make sure you have your doctors approval first, then announce the instructor. You will receive a different set of exercices for the floor section.

FEEDBACK

Our instructors are more that happy to give you feedback on your technique. If you are confortable, you can let your camera ON. It is very important for your posture and results to workout correctly, our trainings are highly technical.
